【sample preparation】

The urine of female Sika deer was collected 26 to 32 days or 66 days after reproduction for detection. Take 3 clear drops of urine sample for direct measurement (if the urine sample is cloudy, it must be filtered or centrifuged at 15 ° C for 10 minutes until clear). Samples that are not currently in use should be frozen and stored.

【Usage method】

1. Collect the urine of the female Sika deer to be tested in a dry and clean container.

2. Remove the detection card from the aluminum foil bag and place it horizontally on the desktop.

3. Use a straw to suck urine, add 3 drops of urine to the sampling hole (S) of the detection card, and let it sit at room temperature for reaction. The results are judged in minutes for 5-15 minutes, and results exceeding 15 minutes can only be used as a reference.

【Result judgment】

Positive: Within the observation hole, only the control line area (C) shows a purple red line, while the detection line area (T) does not show a line.

Indicates that the tested sow is pregnant.

Negative: 1. In the observation hole, both the detection line area (T) and the control line area (C) show purple red lines, and the intensity of the lines is equivalent.

The line strength is slightly stronger than the control line area (C).

1. The optimal temperature for use of this product is around 25 ℃ at room temperature. Please pay attention to the ambient

temperature when using, as too low a temperature will cause strong color rendering

2. The sample tested for this product can only be sow urine; If the color of the C and T lines is weak, the reaction time can be appropriately extended.
